Hidayatullah.com–Mendukung gerakan Rokan Hulu menghafal Al Quran yang telah dicanangkan Bupati Rohul Drs H Achmad MSi, Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga (Disdikpora) Rokan Hulu memberikan motivasi kepada para guru maupun pengawas di lingkungan Disdikpora Rohul untuk dapat menghafal Al Quran.
Bagi bagi guru atau pengawas di lingkungkungan Disdikpora Rohul yang hafiz Al Quran, mereka akan diumrohkan ke tanah suci.
‘’Kita targetkan setiap tahunnya, ada satu orang yang diumrohkan. Apakah itu guru atau pengawas dari jenjang TK, SD, SMP dan SMA di lingkungan Disdikpora Rohul yang hafiz Al Quran terbanyak,’’ kata Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Rohul H M Zen SPd M MPd, dilansir Riau Pos, Jumat (14/12/2012).
Menurutnya, penghargaan terhadap satu orang guru atau pengawas yang hafiz Al Quran, diumrohkan ke tanah suci, untuk memotivasi para pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Rohul, cinta dengan Al Quran serta mau membaca dan memahami isi dari Al Quran.
Ini semua sebagai upaya menyukseskan Program Gerakan Rokan Hulu Menghafal Al Quran. Selain itu mendukung dan persiapan Rokan Hulu sebagai tuan rumah pelaksanaan MTQ tingkat provinsi Riau tahun 2013 mendatang.
Zen menyebutkan, para guru atau pengawas yang hafiz Al Quran, nantinya akan dites hafalannya. Bagi yang terbanyak hafal Al Quran, merekalah yang diumrohkan.
Disinggung soal biaya umroh bagi guru atau pengawas di lingkungan Disdikpora Rohul yang hafiz Al Quran, Zen menyebutkan, dana umroh bagi guru atau pengawas yang hafiz Al Quran, bukan dianggarkan dari dana APBD Rohul.
‘’Dana umroh itu diambil dari Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Rohul yang disisihkan setiap bulannya, Rp1,5 juta.Ini sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan penghargaan pimpinan terhadap para pegawai di lingkungan Disdikpora Rohul yang hafiz Al Quran,’’ ujarnya.*
